We are committed to ensuring equal access to higher education for Roma, and we seek to attract Roma students with an interest in the social sciences and humanities.

RGPP is funded by the Roma Education Fund (REF), the Open Society Foundations Roma Initiatives Office (OSF RIO), THE VELUX FOUNDATIONS and the Sigrid Rausing Trust (SRT).

Program dates

RGPP's academic year runs from the end of August/September 2020 until the middle/end of June 2021. This is a full-time, non-degree program and students are expected to be at CEU for the duration of all the terms.

Full scholarships

Successful applicants will be awarded full merit-based scholarships for the whole duration of the program. The scholarship covers travel to and from CEU, visa costs, tuition fee, accommodation in the CEU Residence Center, health insurance, study materials. It also includes a monthly stipend for living expenses.
