All of our programs at RSP, Pre-RGPP course, RGPP program, and Advanced Certificate Program have the same approach towards education. We believe that critical thinking, diversity of opinions, and a space where students feel valued and safe are factors on which it is worth focusing on. And there is no better feedback than student confirmation.
We want to share some thoughts from Veronika Banova from Czech Republic. Veronika was one of our Pre-RGPP students in 2022 , and she recently also participated in a visit at CEU's Vienna Campus. This is what she thinks about our -RSP's and CEU's - strengths.
Jimmy Carter once compared New York not to a melting pot, but to a beautiful mosaic. I feel the same way about CEU and Pre-RGPP. It is full of different people from different corners of Europe. Spending one single day there was enough to convince me that CEU and RSP is a great place for education, establishing new relationships, and above all, for self-development.
Students and tutors make you feel comfortable there. Everyone treats each other with respect. You hear them saying that they are like one big family. And I believe it is true. There is no way you would feel alone or hopeless there.
From what I see through taking the pre-RGPP course and visiting the Vienna Campus is that memorizing definitions is not the way you will learn there (although sometimes you just cannot avoid it). Their approach is more focused on helping you develop a passion about your field of study so you will go on exploring things on your own. That is why the lectures are mainly discussion-oriented where you can express your thoughts.
I highly recommend Pre-RGPP, RGPP, and CEU to anyone who wants to master their skills in their profession, likes to form their own opinions, and believes that there is more than one perspective on a topic.

Neumím si představit jedinou situaci nebo chvíli, kdy by si tady někdo mohl připadat osamělý či beznadějný!
Jimmy Carter jednou přirovnal New York nikoliv k tzv. “melting pot”, ale k překrásné mozaice. A já bych stejně tak popsala CEU. Jde totiž o univerzitu plnou různých lidí, z různých koutů Evropy.
Pouze jediný den tam mě přesvědčil o tom, že nejen pro studenty, ale i pro vyučující je CEU skvělým místem k vzdělávání, navazování nových vztahů a především k seberozvoji.
Na univerzitě mi bylo velice příjemně. A to jak mezi studenty, tak mezi profesory. Všichni se zde vzájemně respektují a udržují mezi sebou krásné vztahy. Mluví o sobě jako o rodině. A já jim to věřím. Neumím si představit jedinou situaci nebo chvíli, kdy by si tady někdo mohl připadat osamělý či beznadějný.
Pro CEU není důležité učit se definice nazpaměť. (I když někdy se tomu prostě vyhnout nedá :D). Především zde totiž po studentech chtějí, aby si každý ve svém oboru věřil, rozuměl mu a věnoval se mu se zapálením. Právě proto hlavní náplní přednášek nebývá souvislý výklad, ale diskuze, ve které mají všichni možnost vyjádřit svůj pohled na věc a podělit se tak i o své vlastní poznatky.
Studium na CEU bych doporučila každému, kdo se chce stát skutečným profesionálem ve svém oboru. Tedy všem, kteří si chtějí umět poradit za každé situace a na věci dokáží nahlížet z mnoha jiných pohledů, než jen z toho učebnicového.
