Ersan Küçükoğlu

Born in Edirne, Turkey, Ersan Kucukoglu holds a B.A. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Aydin Adnan Menderes University, Turkey. In recent years, he has worked in the fields of renewable energy, automation and electrical projects as an intern for several companies. Last year, he broadened his experience as a Sales and Project Engineer of electrical distribution boards.

Since 2019, he has additionally devoted his time to Roma youth issues by means of the Neve Terne Roma Platform. Ersan has collected data from Roma youth in his community regarding the educational issues of Roma students. In addition, he devotes his time to mastering Python software and improving his technical skills. He has experience in technical drawing and can use several programs, including AutoCAD, Draftsigt, Eplan. Beyond his technical skills, he also enjoys playing the guitar and drawing.

He is attending the Roma Graduate Preparation Program with the goal of improving his academic English skills and continuing his studies at an MA program. Ersan focuses on the issue of renewable energy resources and how to generate solutions to environmental issues in his community. He plans to address these environmental issues while conducting research in the field of energy solutions. His goal is to analyze the energy efficiency of electrical systems within the Department of Environmental Sciences at CEU.
