Andrei Dragan holds an LLM in Human Rights from Central European University, Budapest, where he graduated in 2017, as well as an LLM in European Union Law from the West University of Timisoara, Romania, and is currently undergoing the SjD in Comparative Constitutional Law Program at CEU. His main research interests concern minorities rights, citizenship, Critical Race Theory as well as the issue of race and racialization of Roma in Central and Eastern Europe. Andrei is teaching the Critical Perspectives to International Human Rights Law course in the Winter and Spring terms.
