In the summer of 2022, RSP offered again its online pre-RGPP course. The 7-week-long summer course is designed for Roma individuals who are seeking a short-term but intensive academic opportunity to improve their academic English and get a sense of RGPP and the subject area of their interest. Individuals who still pursued their BA/MA degree and professionals who already had their degrees were welcome to apply. This year we had 20 students from 9 countries.
With this year's graduation ceremony the Romani Studies Program has reached another milestone: in addition to graduating the 18th RGPP cohort, a non-degree preparatory program, for the first time, our newest certificate program, the Advanced Certificate Program in Romani Studies has also graduated its first students.
