Program dates
UPPR's first academic year will run from September 2026 until June 2027. This is a full-time, non-degree program. Teaching takes place in Budapest.
Full scholarships
Successful applicants will be awarded full merit-based scholarships for the whole duration of the program. The scholarship covers travel to and from CEU Budapest (once when you move in and once when you move out), tuition and enrollment fees, accommodation in the CEU Residence Center, health insurance, study materials, library access, etc.. It also includes a monthly stipend for living expenses.
