Dr. Simona Torotcoi started as a RAP student and didn't stop until she earned her PhD at CEU! and became a Global Teaching Fellow at Bard College Berlin in 2020! She is a tutor, a mentor, a respected and loved member in the RSP Community. On September 20, 2021 Simona was quoted by Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission at the 14. European Platform for Roma Inclusion - 2021.

Advanced Certificate in Romani Studies Launches in AY 2021/2022

The Advanced Certificate Program in Romani Studies is a program approved and registered by the New York State Education Department. Students admitted to master’s and doctoral programs at CEU may pursue the certificate.  

MA and Ph.D students at CEU can pursue the Advanced Certificate from the 2021/2022 academic year.
