Having been invited to join the teaching forces of RSP’s predecessor, RAP, I began my CEU career in September 2013. Though I had been involved in dozens of international education projects, this was my first ever involvement in teaching English to a group of students coming from a range of European countries. The program’s dual focus, language and skills development, coupled with the task of supporting the personal and professional growth of young Roma intellectuals, has enriched me ever since, making my teaching days something I keep looking forward to every week. Then in September 2015, I was asked to become one of the Academic English tutors of RGPP. Obviously, my 20+ years of experience in developing academic skills was called for, and I have never looked back. One great advantage of being part of RGPP is that I can follow most of my students' growth and academic progress directly for a year and then maybe indirectly for two more years during their master-level studies at CEU.

The only downside? I have had to get up before 4 a.m. twice a week for several years to prepare for the classes. But I do this with joyful anticipation and eagerness.
