You must first register online to start your application: RGPP Online Application Form 2025/2026. If you have applied to CEU before, use your existing login. If you forgot your password, click “Forgotten Password. If you still can’t log in, email helprequest@ceu.edu for help.
- Only submit your application when it is 100% complete and final. You cannot make changes after you submit it.
- Always check the our website for full details and updates on details such as deadlines, eligibility, etc..
- To apply to RGPPP written proof of English proficiency is NOT required.
- In the online form, when asked:
- “Do you qualify for exemption from providing proof of English proficiency?” Choose “YES” to move on.
What Does The Online Application Form Ask for?
1.Fully Completed Form
2. CV. Your CV must be in English and include: Your education background; Any work experience (if any); Your involvement in Roma-related work; Your level of English (minimum: around B1)
3. Academic Records
Include both of the following in your online application:
- A scanned copy of your Bachelor’s diploma (if you already finished) or a certificate of enrollment showing you will graduate by June 2025. We prefer the English version, but your national language is okay at this stage.
- A scanned copy of your Bachelor’s transcript (this document lists all your grades and courses). English translation is preferred, but at this stage, we can accept this document on national language at this stage of application process. If you are accepted, you must send official English translations of these documents before the program starts.
4. Motivation Letter (500 words). Explain: Why you want to join this program; Your academic and professional goals; Your involvement in Roma-related work; How you plan to be a role model in your community
5. Identity Essay (250 words). Share what being Roma means to you and how you define your identity
6. Interest in Academic Fields Form. Use the form attached at the bottom of the application page. Indicate (underline, highlight, circle, etc.) which subjects you want to study. Upload this form in your online application
7. Letters of Recommendation (minimum one via the Online System)
Mandatory in the Online System: You need at least one mandatory recommendation letter. When filling out the online application form, you will be asked to provide: The name, email address, and details of the person who will write your recommendation. The person will receive an email notification with instructions on how to upload the letter directly to the system. You do not upload the letter yourself.
Optional Additional Letter (Not mandatory but recommended): We recommend that you submit a second recommendation letter from a recognized Roma organization.This second letter: Must be written in English; Should be sent by the recommender (not by you) via email. Subject line: RGPP 2025/26 – [Your Full Name]; Must be sent by email to: RGPP_Enrollment@ceu.edu; Deadline: June 17, 2025
